Illustrated with tipped-in and full page color photographic plates. Publisher's cream cloth, lettered in brown, boards bowed, soiling along extremities; gutter split at inscription; leaves wrinkled from damp; scattered foxing and dampstaining; in original dust-jacket, worn and soiled.
